Being a good member of the community is a key part of our values and for us, it’s a way of working, thinking and treating people which makes us feel like a family.
We empowered our employees to choose a charity partner which mean something special to them. The selection criteria are usually charities that support children and/or adults affected by poverty, disability or disease in the UK. Our employees can also support additional charitable activity through payroll donations and via our Colleague Lottery, and the popularity of these schemes remains undiminished.
Our current charity partnerships is with Teenage Cancer Trust.
Teenage Cancer Trust is a cancer care and support charity in the UK that exists to improve the cancer experience of young people aged 13–24.
Founded in 1990, the charity's key service is providing specialist teenage units in NHS hospitals. It also trains and funds staff who are teenage cancer specialists.
