Rachel Baldwin joins Highbourne Group as Chief People Officer, bringing with her an impressive background in strategic HR leadership, organisational development, and change management. Her previous roles at Pilgrim's UK and Arriva Plc have equipped her with the skills and insights necessary to drive forward Highbourne Group's people strategy.
Under Rachel's leadership, the Group aims to strive in an environment where colleagues feel welcomed, motivated, supported, and empowered.
